As data controller established in Turkey, we process personal data under Law No. 6698 for legal obligations, employment/contract performance and legitimate interests — in a purpose-bound, limited and proportionate way.
Processed personal data
Identity
Name, birth details, gender, marital status, nationality and ID document data.
Contact
Phone, address, email and internal company contact details.
Financial
Payroll, bonuses, enforcement files, bank details and related payment records.
Sensitive data
Union, criminal record, disability, religion, health/biometric data and similar — only where the law permits.
Education & career
Education, certificates, CV, training attendance and performance records.
Media & employment
Photos, audio/CCTV; employment registry, leave, vehicle and access logs; family details when required.

Sharing
Data may be shared with competent public authorities as required by law, and with third parties abroad when needed for travel, training or communications.
Collection method & legal basis
Data is collected via access/CCTV systems, workplace physician, contracts/forms, call center, web/mobile, applications and similar channels, and retained for statutory periods under KVKK arts. 5–6.

- Request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data
- Request deletion/destruction under KVKK art. 7
